During the time I was a student at the University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!), I was always interested in marketing. Marketing majors had many sources of quantitative data to utilize when designing campaigns and making improvements to them. They used things such as click through rates, number of leads, conversation rates, and sales data. I really liked that since data leads to better decision-making and greater results. It minimizes or eliminates guesswork when you’re developing a plan for success.
