After working for the same organization for 12 years, Diana Rogers Jaeger launched Love to Appreciate with a single purpose – to help organizations harness the power of culture to achieve greater success and employee engagement to retain top talent.
Diana helps organizations transform their organizational culture into a competitive advantage while increasing employee engagement. As a results-driven consultant and trainer, she develops workplace cultures that lead to improved employee morale, productivity, and retention.
She is a certified facilitator of the 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace and motivates audiences to show appreciation in ways that are both meaningful and effective. She is the go-to keynote speaker on topics of employee engagement and workplace culture for conferences, luncheons, company meetings, and retreats.

Passionate about education and growth, Diana enjoys working with organizations and individuals to level up their mindset and performance. Her focus is getting her clients results. She earned her Master’s degree in adult education from the University of Oklahoma and is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City. She also received the Journal Record Achievers Under 40 Award for her professional accomplishments and volunteer work.
Diana dedicates her time helping girls and women build courage, confidence, and character. She proudly served on the Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma Board of Directors for more than a decade and as board president for two years. She also helped the organization build Camp Trivera, a one-of-a-kind urban camp and STEM Center. On separate occasions, she walked 24-hours straight on a treadmill and rappelled 16 stories down a skyscraper to raise money for her favorite charity.
Diana is an outdoor enthusiast who recently relocated her family to Fort Collins, Colorado. She lives and breathes her personal mission statement: “Live a life of adventure while making the world a better place.”
